Lu had a pleasant journey to the 2022 Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) conference in Chicago! Full of harvest! Lu got the chance to present my recent work “Development of Proposed Tests for the Characterization of Beef Burgers and Their Plant-Based Analogs”.
Also, Lu was so happy to announce that Truong Giang Vu and I received the First Place prize in University Video Competition held by Texture Technologies.
In the end, Lu want to thank the accompany of UMass IFT’s small team, Lu had such a great time with you!
