So proud of my graduate student, Minghe Wang, for winning the first place in the graduate student oral competition! 🎉
His presentation, “Gastrointestinal Fate of Turmeric-Derived Nanoparticles and Enhanced Bioavailability of Curcumin,” showcased all the hard work and innovation he’s been doing in our lab at UGA Food Science and Technology and UGA College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.
